Hello? I am Kwon Hyuk-woon
president of IS Dongseo.
Starting as Ilshin Construction Industry, IS Dongseo developed into a comprehensive construction/environment/manufacturing company through the merger with Dongseo Industry, a building material manufacturer in 2008. In the future, IS Dongseo will do its best to be recognized as an essential company in Korea through continuous change and innovation.
To this end, IS Dongseo attempts to internalize the ESG management vision throughout the company and practice it as follows
IS Dongseo is practicing eco-friendly construction through advanced technology by introducing eco-friendliness into the construction and concrete businesses, which are its main businesses. In order to eliminate concerns about air quality getting worse day by day and the destruction of the surrounding natural environment due to construction projects, we are expanding our efforts for eco-friendly design that harmonizes with the surrounding environment in the fields of housing, construction, and civil engineering, wellbeing materials, dust and noise reduction.
IS Dongseo is pursuing both environmental and economic profits by actively introducing comprehensive environmental services, recycling business, and new and renewable energy, which are closely related to the construction industry, which is the main business, and have excellent business stability and profit structure. By acquiring Insun ENT, a comprehensive environmental service company, we established vertical systematization of waste and secured a battery recycling value chain to prepare a new growth engine.
