Thus, we establish a code of ethics that all executives and employees must follow and pledge to put it into practice.

Chapter 1 Ethics for Customers

Create the value of customer satisfaction.

1.Respect for customers

Always think and act from the customer's point of view, and strive to realize customer satisfaction by providing the best products and services that customers can trust and satisfy them.

Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.

2.Protection of customers

Protect customers' interests, safety, and personal information, and do not engage in unfair actions against customers.

3.Quality management

Contribute to value creation of customer satisfaction through quality management.

Value the voices of customers and actively utilize them to improve quality and service.

Chapter 2 Ethics for Shareholders

Protect the rights of shareholders through sound management and information provision.

1.Protection of shareholders’ rights and interests

Protect the rights of shareholders and respect the legitimate requests and suggestions of shareholders.

Disclose management information diligently to build mutual trust with shareholders and investors, and strive to maximize shareholder profits.

2.Activation of information provision

Provide accurate management information in a timely manner in accordance with relevant laws so that information users, including investors, can make rational investment decisions.

Make efforts to enhance the reliability of accounting information and to ensure transparency.

Respect employees, train human resources, and treat employees fairly.

Chapter 6 Service Ethics

Comply with the law, sincerity, integrity, and maintain credibility and dignity as an employee of IS Dongseo.

Executives and employees shall strictly separate public and private and work in a fair and unbiased manner.

2.Establishment of a healthy corporate culture

Executives and employees shall share the company's management philosophy and empathize with the goals and values pursued by the company, and faithfully carry out the mission assigned to them according to the company's business policy.

Employees shall create an organizational culture based on smooth communication and mutual trust between upper and lower colleagues within the company.

Executives and employees shall do their best to perform their assigned duties in a fair way and comply with all related laws and company regulations.

3.Compliance with the code of ethics

Executives and employees shall faithfully observe the Code of Ethics, and take responsibility for the behavior in case of violation.
