Features of PHC PILE

  • Improved design support and economic feasibility
  • High-strength PHC PILE products with a design standard strength of 80 MPa or more improve the design support capacity of the body, enabling economical construction.
  • Large resistance to bending moment
  • The horizontal resistance (bending moment) is large because high tensile PC steel rods are used and precise tension is introduced.
  • Excellent impact resistance
  • The structure is dense and the concrete strength is high, so the impact resistance is excellent. When hitting the PILE, the damage rate is low, making it possible to ram a predetermined target support layer.
  • Early shipment function
  • When autoclave is cured, high strength can be obtained in one day, and the length of the PILE can be easily adjusted according to the site conditions. PILEs can be supplied without any setback to the construction period, enabling economical construction.

  • The structure between the cement paste and aggregate is dense, so there is little destruction by freezing and thawing, and chemical resistance to acidic substances such as sulfate, lactic acid, and acetic acid is excellent.
