Established in 1994, it is implemented at all business sites in the concrete business sector. Through tidying, arrangement, cleaning, cleanliness and habituation around the workplace, we are trying to prevent safety accidents in the workplace, improve quality and productivity, and minimize environmental impact.
Development of environmental management experts
For professional environmental management, environmental education is provided for designated environmental managers at each factory. To strengthen the competence of the person in charge, we participate in education and seminars on air, water quality, noise and vibration, etc. to acquire specialized technologies related to the relevant laws, management systems and control technology for each pollution source, and to strengthen the level of environmental management.
Minimization of impact to the environment of construction / production sites
In order to minimize environmental pollution around construction and production sites, we are carrying out pollution and waste prevention management and improvement activities suitable for all sites through laws, practical guidelines, and environmental management manuals. We are making efforts to minimize the impact on the surrounding environment by installing wastewater discharge facilities and air discharge facilities for each business site, and registering the total air pollutant management sites.
Eco-friendly design
From the initial stage of a construction project, we are conducting eco-friendly work by reviewing building materials and other resources, as well as acquisition of green building certification in terms of design, structure and functionality. Using cutting-edge eco-friendly technology, we strive to minimize environmental impact throughout the entire process, including design, construction, and management.
Waste management
We monitor the amount of waste generated every year through the legal waste treatment system. At the same time, we have established and operated waste recycling guidelines to efficiently manage construction materials used in production and construction, and share recycled aggregate recycling cases and encourage them to be applied according to site conditions.
Noise and demolition management
When working with high-noise equipment expected to cause civil complaints, we install a portable air sound barrier and measure noise on a regular basis. In addition, we are working hard not to exceed the legal limit by installing noise signboards on soundproof walls at downtown sites. In order to prevent the scattering of asbestos dust during demolition, we comply with the work standards stipulated in the laws and make it mandatory to wear protective gear and protective clothing.
Cyber monitoring of environmental management
Supervisors and workers at production and construction sites constantly check the installation and operation status of environmental pollution prevention facilities, conduct environmental management self-measurement once a month on average, manage them according to the internal reporting system, and register the status with the online system from time to time when waste is generated.
